Identify the rejection region and give conclusion:

1. In a random sample of 400 persons who were given a flu vaccine, 136 said that they experienced some type of discomfort. Construct a 95% confidence interval for the proportion of all those who experience some type of discomfort.

2. Do the data provide sufficient evidence to conclude that the proportion of those who experience some type of discomfort is more than 30%? Answer the question using the following steps

a. Identify the rejection region.

b. Draw your conclusion, and interpret your conclusion in the context of the problem.
