9. What are the hours of operation of the department? Who is responsible for location and verifying patient records after hours if the department is closed?

10. Describe the cross-reference, update (readmissions and discharge) and audit procedures.

11. Describe the MPI (in its manual or computerized format). If the MPI is computerized, discuss the transition to the computerized format.
