As we have learned this week, there is a wide variety and scope in the definition of health care quality.

Why do you think this is? Does this impact a Health Care Administrator's ability to manage quality? Why or why not?
As a new Health Care Administrator, how would you identify the need for quality improvement in your organization? What tools might you utilize?
What method of quality improvement process (for example LEAN, Six Sigma, TQM, CQI, etc.) would you recommend for a hospital, a nursing home? Why that method?
How can you ensure the leadership team in your organization supports quality management programs?
What would you recommend to increase support and involvement in these programs in your organization as a whole? Explain your answer.

The capstone gives you the opportunity to demonstrate what you have already learned through out your studies, and it affords us the opportunity to measure your learning.
