Read the below situation carefully, and for each situation, identify the most appropriate training method. Justify your selection of training method by discussing the type of skill in focus and how the training method would help make people learn that skill.

-You are running a call centre that provides technical support to Samsung smartphones. You want your customer service staff to do a better job of handling customer complaints.

-Your large department has a high turnover rate, and new employees need to learn several rules and regulations to perform their jobs.

-You need your new warehouse employees to learn how to handle the typical daily problems they will face on the job.

-You need an employee to conduct a product audit to find out more about a new product you want to buy for the department; you want a special report. 

-You want to improve your employees' ability to sell products to customers in the store so that customers don't end up leaving and buying the products online.

-You need to prepare middle managers to advance to upper-level managers. You are considering having them run a simulated company getting quarterly results.
