Modern leadership theory proposes that effective leaders adapt their styles to the individual followers. From the list of 4 leadership styles in Path-goal leadership theory, identify the style used most often by your supervisor/manager with you as the follower. Provide information that supports this choice and include employee contingencies i.e. your skill, experience, locus of control. What factor(s) could your supervisor/manager change to become more effective in leading you? (If you do not have a current supervisor/manager then choose a previous one. If you do not have a current or previous supervisor/manager, use someone else with whom you have interacted who was in a leadership position.
