- Identify the most appropriate and effective presentation method (e.g., lecture, on-the-job training [OJT], simulation, etc.) for delivering the training or learning intervention that you proposed based on the needs assessment previously conducted(see instructions for needs assessment referenced)and detail why you believe this method or methods is the best choice for your plan.

- Outline and Create specific instructional goals and objectives to incorporate in the training or learning intervention. What is it that the training plan should achieve and why are those goals important.

- Detail the highlights of the content and agenda of your training or learning intervention.

- Describe the training materials that will help you to deliver that training plan. Expand on their content, format, and how they will work with the delivery system(s) you identified (e.g., training materials, job aids, handouts, etc.).

- Include a minimum of one source, which may consist of readings from the University Library, your text, and other selections.

Detail : - Select a position at your current or previous place of employment, or any position in a specific organization for which you have basic knowledge (e.g., customer service representative, electrical engineer, legal aide, etc.). Your selected company must be a medium- or large-sized company, and the position should be one in which there are a minimum of two job incumbents.

- Create a needs assessment report of approximately 750 words that includes the following:

o A description of the data collection methods and sources you used to identify any performance, knowledge, skills, or ability gaps in your selected group of job incumbents.

o A summary of the findings from the needs assessment, including any insights gained from performing organizational, task, and/or person analyses.

o A description of the specific performance, knowledge, skills, or ability deficits for which you will develop a training or learning intervention.

- Format your paper using the APA Writing Style Handbook guidelines.

- Include a minimum of one source, which may consist of readings from the University Library, your text, and other selections.
