For Part 3 you must now develop the design of the project. Design Matrix should be a useful design model to follow. You are required to address the following key elements in the design phase of the project in approximately 500 words:

-Discuss organizational constraints (technology, personnel, budget, etc.).

-Identify the employees to be trained.

-Create a purpose statement.

-Identify the learning theory(s) foundational to the training design.

-Develop at least 4 training objectives.

-Distinguish delivery method(s) that will be used to achieve the training objectives.

-Identify when and where training will take place.

-Consider the guidelines to be used to facilitate trainees' learning of the material and transfer to the job
