Triad hospital system comprises six hospitals. Corporate has asked the six him directors to select the MPI that will be used by all six of the hospitals. Three of the hospitals want MPI plus, and the other three want HIM MPI. No system selection evaluation methods were established during the planning stage of this system selection. The him directors looked at demonstrations and the responses to the request for proposals before voting, none of the directors are willing to change their vote.
