You may use some of their STAR sheets in your Signature Assignment, so you may wish to download these recording forms.
1. Howard's case study (Level C, Case 1)
Calculate the latency score for Howard's behavior the week of 12/1-12/5. You can and include the latency recording form in the case study documents or a simple chart with the data.

Calculate the percentages for occurrences and non-occurrences of behaviors as found on the interval recording form from 7th period biology on 2/11. You can scan and include the interval recording form or visually display the percentages.
