Length: 800 words Curriculum Mode: Report Understanding HRD - Researching your own workplace learning Overview We began our tutorial discussions this semester with the proposition that although you may be new to studying Human Resource Development, you do have insights into some aspects of the field through your own workplace experiences.
We specifically focused on the key role that workplace learning plays in Human Resource Development and through reflection activities, you were able to identify and analyse examples of workplace learning that you have engaged in. This assessment extends to identify a workplace skill that you would like to gain and to propose the type of learning that would best help you meet this learning goal. Question This question is in 2 parts. Answer each part separately.
Question 1. Identify a workplace skill that you would like to gain and explain why it would be useful in your current job role or a future job role that you would like to aim.

Question 2. Propose a learning strategy that would be most appropriate to help you learn the skill (600 words). In your answer, you will:
