The team is working on a large project and is behind on their work. While there is still plenty of time to complete the project, you can see the team is already feeling stressed about the deadlines. Some employees called in sick while others have been working long hours and neglecting their work-life balance. This is creating a team environment that is not healthy. You held a team meeting, and several of the team members voiced concerns about other team members and indicated the project can never be completed on time. Since the project is high-profile and the leadership team is checking in often, this makes it even more stressful.
