This is the first part of an eight part paper. Please provide a company that you feel I could glean enough information from regarding HR information from to write all eight parts.
Select an industry that you would like to examine in depth. Consider the HR department and its function within organizations that operate in that industry. Write a paper in which you identify five major HR challenges either currently facing the industry or projected for the near future. Once you have identified these challenges, do the following:
a. Explain why each challenge is important to organizations in this industry.b. Evaluate the implications of changing workforce demographics for your chosen industry, including any relationship they may have to the five HR challenges you identified.c. Evaluate the utilization of the contingent workforce for your chosen industry, including any relationship it may have to the five HR challenges you identified.d. Evaluate the impact of outsourcing on organizations within your chosen industry, including any relationship it may have to the five HR challenges you identified.e. Evaluate the strategic significance of the HR function to the effectiveness of organizations within your chosen industry.
What you need to know about Human Resources - How do you measure whether an HR strategy is actually aligned with the corporate strategy?
What short-run, long-run, and policy options are available to managers in lieu of laying off employees? Give the pros and cons of each.
Cultural values impact planning, operations, and decision making for international organizations. The textbook includes a table of United States Values and Possible Alternatives.
Explain the value of Human Resources to an organization and Explain how and why the organization prioritizes and values the following HR functions and staffing.
Fee Setting - As the executive director of Advocates for Children, you have had a change of heart - perform all the computations necessary to set a fee. What will your fee be?
Write an essay on "MASLOW'S vs Goal setting theory".
Analyze some of the traditional HRM functions in the company you selected and What do you know about their "international HRM" strategies?
Produce poster advertising and highlighting the essential's HRM approach to recruitment and selection in the organisation. This is to be undertaken individually.
Optimize human resources to meet organizational objectives
Provide an overview of the software applications within the human resource and management departments
What is the city's responsibility in addressing this situation and What remedies can the courts provide and prepare a file of remedies and responsibilities.
