The human resource planning process in any organization will no doubt result in the need for recruitment and selection action to be taken.

Describe the training and assistance you would recommend for staff within your organization. Who would be involved in such action?

Attach the training program you would recommend, including details of when, where, what who and how the program would be conducted.

Although you are not required to do a cost analysis, you should include an estimate of the costs involved.

The question is from Human Resource Management and it is about training and assistance programs which a typical organization would opt for its staff, as part of induction program. The learning process in most organizations comprise cognitive learning, psychomotor learning and affective learning and level-wise, the training would be corporate level, local level as well as finally ongoing level.
