Prepare documentation for human resource professionals to manage deputy probation officers in the U.S. I need for these materials to assist HR professionals in choosing, training, and developing sucessful probation officers for a department. At least one human resource journal must be referenced along with at least one reputable website for human resource professionals. The following five deliverables must be addressed for the position of probation officer: executive summary, presentation of job analysis, tips for the selection process, A SCRIPT FOR ORIENTATING NEW EMPLOYEES, and a training proposal.

How will you become a more effective communicator and How can you express your feelings and emotions to individuals in the workplace
Human Management and Networking and Resource Planning - Explore this topic in further detail. Provide possible solutions for the issue you are discussing, and include specifics as to why a certain solution would be most effective.
Strategic Human Resource Management - Explain what are the baisc factors, both economic and non-economic, that strategic HRM can address?
Important information about Staffing - Determine this strategy from an ethical perspective.
