BUS2298 Human Resource Management Case Study Assignment -

Assignment - I. Diagnose the problem (max 300 words).

II. Develop a plan.

- The plan should be presented in the order in which events and activities need to be undertaken.

- Each step of the plan should have a brief explanation that would inform the owner on the value. In other words, why is this step important?

- Your plan needs to be succinct. It should have a minimum of six steps and a maximum of ten steps.

- Your plan should not require spending money on salaries or bonuses.

- Your plan should focus on human resource concepts and can include other business concepts.

Problem Description - Recognizes the major challenges and problems as they relate to human resource management and business theory. This includes areas where the company omits, ignores, fails to apply, or incorrectly applies human resource or other business concepts and practices. Explains the problem in a way that is understandable, clear, and straightforward.

Problem Solving Steps - Provides between 6&10 succinct and well supported steps that can be implemented. The steps follow a logical progression. The steps are realistic. The rationale for each step makes sense and is defensible according to good human resource practices.

Professional Presentation - The submission is on time and free of grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors. References are properly cited according to APA format. The writing reflects thoughtful and insightful components which are presented in a scholarly manner. A conversational tone and slang language is avoided.

Note - The case is in two parts. The first part is to identify the problem, which should be no more than 300 words. The second part is to propose a plan for a solution. This has no word limit.
