Description

Group Project Description: The HRM group project entails 4 or 5 members analysing a given issue and formulating their responses to specific questions. The analysis will be based on the given topic facts as well as any additional information culled from secondary sources (if applicable)

Step 1: Group needs to identify an organization(you may also select any 1 organization in which members of the group are working), to which they have access to its primary and secondary information.

Step 2: Post selection of the organization, the group needs to connect with the Human resource manager/ business manager to understand how people/HR practices have changed post-covid.

Step 3: After broadly understanding the changes in the people/HR practices, formulate the problem statement around one people/HR practice (recruitment selection, Performance management, compensation, and benefits, employee relations, talent management) that has undergone a paradigmatic shift post-covid. For instance, in most organizations recruitment & Selection have undergone a significant shift post-covid.

Step 4: On the basis of the problem statement, collect relevant primary and secondary information from the organization and analyze it. For instance, the group needs to collect information company's recruitment and selection practices pre-covid and post-covid to perform analysis on the shifts.
