You are the executive manager for a firm. You have a small group of executive managers with departmental management personnel who work directly with non-management personnel. You want to change the pay and bonus system from an individual-based system to a team-based approach.

A manager would not work on a specific team but would be responsible for the units under their area. Non-managers would be the individuals working directly on teams. In both cases, teams would work on projects outside of their regular duties for their position.
