Male patient, 53 years old, come to the clinic for cardiac evaluation. Patient complains of dyspnea on exertion, fatigue, leg edema, recent weight gain. Patient has a history of coronary artery disease. Patient smokes for 15 years, has stressful job, doesn't exercise regulaly due to the lack of time, eats healthy food but admits consuming fast food occasionally. Right sided heart failure is suspected.
