Question 1: DESIGN SPECIFIC ELEMENTS OF A TRAINING PROGRAM - 25 MARKS
Instructions: Choose any training program and layout the following:Location - Where will the training be held, on-site or off? Provide rationale for the location in terms of how location can impact training. Enrolment - How will you inform employees of the training program? What mechanism will be used to track enrolment? Staffing - Who will lead the training session? Will the professional be internal or external to the company? Materials - What materials will be provided for the training? Consider pre-training activities as well as program material and post-training material. Schedule - Provide your thought process in terms of important considerations when scheduling a training program.
