Imagine that your organization managed to make the shift to WFH (Work From Home) at the beginning of the global pandemic. You were able to put a lot of structures in place to support the move and work on keeping engagement levels high and teams connected. Now as health orders are relaxing, your organization is looking at getting most of its staff back in the office, at least part of the time. As you have informally discussed the return to more time in the office during Zoom meetings, there has been distinct pushback from employees who have become accustomed to WFH. You get a sense that this may not be an easy or smooth process. You know management is expecting you to take the lead on this - what are the key issues and how will you approach the return to work initiative?
