Suppose a computer has num Of CPU units and there are several processes need to bedistributed to different CPU for computing. You are using two queues to simulate as in thefollowing figure:

TaskQ is a queue that stores all the processes. Each process is a pair type <int, int>. These twointegers are process ID and the requested CPU time. We have a text file contains every processinfo like:

Here, each line is a process. First int is ID, second integer is CPU time. CPUunitQ is a queue that stores the index # for available cpu units.
