The strategy defined by me means having a business plan in place for your company that allows you to stay competitive through products and services as well as corporate social responsibility. Having a strategy allows the organization to know what its priorities are and what actions are in place to achieve successful business practices. The "Big Picture" has to have a strategy that goes beyond what the company sells or the services it provides. The organization also has to have a mission in place that states the vision and purpose it has to have a sustainable future. One of the most critical parts of building a successful culture is well-trained and motivated team members on the mission and vision and how it pertains to their own lives. When everyone knows what the mission and vision are, and how it pertains to their beliefs then they become excited to work towards company goals. If you want to produce the kinds of specific outcomes that will allow you to differentiate your company, you need to define a unique culture that cultivates the necessary kinds of employee attitudes and behaviors (Yohn, 2019). In today's time, a company has to be both mission and purpose-driven, working towards company goals. They also need to find out what your company's purpose is, and what their responsibility is to society and the environment.

Company culture has a significant impact on business goals and employee morale, corporate culture can grow organically within an organization or you can take specific actions to create a positive environment within your company (Indeed Editorial Team, 2021). Corporate culture is important because of how it caters to individuals and their beliefs and behaviors (Indeed Editorial Team, 2021). Employees prefer to work for companies whose corporate culture aligns with their own beliefs, which makes for happier and more effective employees (Indeed Editorial Team, 2021).
