Problem 1: Paula owns a company that distributes products to coffee shops. This is her second year of operations. At the beginning of the year, she had 120 pounds of coffee that cost $15 each. She purchased 200 pounds of coffee during the year, but the cost increased to $20. At the end of the year she had 130 pounds left. How much would cost of goods sold be if she used LIFO inventory method?
