Question - The following selected transactions took place between the home office and its three branches, Branch A, Branch B, and Branch C.

Home office instructed Branch A to transfer cash to branch C the amount of P150,000.

Branch B transferred the merchandise billed by the home at 25% above cost, billed price P125,000 to Branch A. the home office billed shipment to branch A at 130% of cost. Branch B paid P2,500 for freight, considering the freight cost from Home office to branch A, is P2,000.

Branch C collected P101,850, net of 3% discount of branch B's accounts receivable.

Branch A paid Insurance amounting P300,000. The expenses will be divided among them in the ratio of 40 for Home Office and 20:20:20 for Branch A, B, and C respectively.

Home Office mistakenly charged Branch C for supplies expenses of P8,500 which is paid for Branch A.
