Think about your experience within your teams from your first meeting through receiving your feedback for Case Study #3 (The Leo Burnett Company Ltd.: Virtual Team Management) and answer the following questions:

Question 1) What group stage do you believe your team reached by the time Case Study #3 (The Leo Burnett Company Ltd.: Virtual Team Management) was submitted? What indicators are there that support your assertion?

Question 2) At what points (date/incident, etc.) do you believe your team moved from stage to stage? Was there one catalyzing event that moved your team to a different stage or several contributing factors? Was your progression as a team linear or did you take steps forward and backward? How might this be similar within organizations? Based on what you know now, could you have done anything to progress faster as a team?

Question 3) Were there any points while working with your team where expectations surrounding performance didn't match performance outcomes (such as deadlines, your case grade, etc.). If so, what did your team do to have a self-managed intervention? Was the intervention(s) successful?

Question 4) If you could go back and do things differently with your team, what are three techniques/strategies you would have implemented? Please support these techniques/strategies with course material and/or research.
