Assignment:

As the H.R Executive Board members of ABC Ltd., a global auto parts supplier headquartered in Toronto. Your competitors include Magna International (www.magna.com). You are a multi billion dollar company with operations around the world and key customers such as GM and Toyota. The whole Board and especially its independent members are looking for leadership over the next 5 years.

The non-Executive Board members have been very concerned about what is happening south of the border as symbolized by Donald Trump (anti globalism) and Elon Musk (new technologies). Expected (VP-HR) to put a detailed report on how it meets the challenge of anti-globalism and new technology.
