As we learned throughout this course, and indeed your program, the field of HR is exciting and exhilarating. It once served in a secretarial role, while today HR is often a strategic business partner within many organizations. As importantly, though, HR is viewed differently by applicants and employees, and HR is hoping for those thoughts and perceptions to be positive and respectful. Based upon your knowledge of HR, drawing from your educational and professional experiences, address all of the following questions:

How has human resources developed from a procedural or process-oriented role in an organization to one where they have become a strategic partner in organizational operations. Propose 2 strategies that HR should promote in an organization that will raise the value and importance of HR as a strategic partner in future operations, and how these strategies can be implemented successfully.
