Assignment:

Can you help me with this question? I don't know if I am answering it correctly, and I am confused about the second half of the question, which asks who holds privilege in the classroom and when and the truths beyond the isolated experiment.

How does the experiment relate to prejudice, discrimination, and privilege in society? For example: Who holds privilege in the classroom and when? What "truths" translate beyond this isolated experiment?

I think the experiment relates to prejudice, discrimination, and privilege in society because the teacher divided her students up based on eye color and then told one group they were better than the other. The superior group received extra recess and a second lunch, while the marginalized group was not allowed on the playground or allowed to play with the others. This showed the students firsthand what it feels like to be discriminated against but also to have the privileges that not everyone gets.
