1. How often do you use social media?
2. How many hours per day do you spend on social media?
3. Do you feel that social media has a positive or negative impact on your mental health?
4. Have you ever experienced anxiety or depression as a result of social media use?
5. Do you feel that social media contributes to feelings of FOMO (fear of missing out)?
6. Do you feel that social media negatively impacts your self-esteem?
7. Have you ever felt cyberbullied or harassed on social media?
8. Do you feel that social media is addictive?
9. Do you feel that social media use interferes with your daily life?
10. Have you ever taken a break from social media to improve your mental health?
Questions
1. For each of the two surveys, you must write no fewer than 6 and no more than 12 items.

- at least one ordinal survey item.
4. For each of your two surveys, you should include at least one demographic item, you must place this (these) at the end (unless there's a good reason to place them earlier), and your demographic items count toward your total 6 to 12 total items per survey.
