Janelle directs the marketing department of a small corporate entity. The company has about 100 employees, 20 of whom work for Janelle (she has 5 managers that lead teams of 4 people). The team has a strong reputation for high quality marketing campaigns with successful results. Tom's team is the most creative and productive and willing to do anything for Janelle.
