Create a case note example describing how cluttered and messy a person's unit is in the shelter. Also note that a Senior Case Manager conducted a unit inspection on 04/30/2025. Creatively and professionally express that when knocking three times on the client's door, the client did not respond, which lead the SCM to be concern and opened the client's unit door. The client was in bed but quickly got up and stated that I needed to knock on the door before proceeding entry. SCM ensured knocking prior to entry. SCM suggested that the bottle go into a bag for sanitation purposes. In response the tenant stated he will leave it right where it is and completed disregarded the SCM's suggestion. SCM proceeded to ask the client to sign the unit inspection form, however the client refused to sign and stated since I was the one inspecting the unit then SCM should sign, not him.
