An HR manager has to identify HR-related issues and to provide appropriate solutions by implementing suitable HRM practices as part of his role.

Being a future HR manager in the contemporary business environment, the students are expected to face critical HRM-related issues and to make key HR decisions to resolve those issues in timely manner.

Identify only one HRM-related issue in your current/past organization from a manager's point of view.

How can you manage the particular HR-related issues using specific HRM practices? Why you as a manager implement any particular HRM practice and HR strategy?
