Assignment:

Scenario

Organizations are constantly evolving, which means change is inevitable. The top management of an organization oversees cultural change and must have a deep understanding of the different layers and its respective elements to influence change. To successful implement change management programs, you must include your workforce in the change process and have the buy-in of all employees. When employees are poorly introduced to changes that affect how they work, especially when they don't see the need for the changes, they may be resistant. They may also experience resistance when they haven't been involved in the decision-making process.

The best way to ensure success in change management is to establish clear organizational objectives for the changes that are being made. This makes it easier for the workforce to understand what is happening and make sense of it. It also creates consistency across the organization and builds trust in leadership's capability to move ahead with these changes. Managing resistance to change can be a challenge.

Based on the scenario, your experience and information found in the literature, how can you effectively implement a change strategy that minimizes your employees' resistance to the proposed change? Give examples based on your industry. (Note that my Industry is Government).
