Question 2) Please respond to Nickia post below in n a friendly way:
Hiring individuals with experience is one competitive advantage a skilled HR manager delivers in an organization that is committed to its talent management. HR managers that hire experienced workers that need minimal training and is competent to handle the workload of the company has a competitive advantage. Creating job descriptions that invite individuals to apply or creating training programs that align with the organization is an advantage.
HR managers can collaborate with top management and operations to achieve an innovative competitive edge by communicating openly with one another and sharing the same goals that are for the success of the organization. HR managers and top management should be able to openly communicate with one another the needs, wants, and the desires of the organization, instead of bickering because that gets you nowhere. Additionally, sharing the same goals regarding the organization makes a smooth transition to the goals that need to portray to the employees and when HR goals and top management goals meet in the middles it leaves less more for confusion.
