As far as possible, please consider using your place of work as a case study in order to answer this question. If for whatever reason that you cannot fulfill the above requirement, please use another organization (e.g. a past workplace or one to which you have access) with which you are familiar with.

Ask two colleagues who work in the same/similar work roles to fill in the Honey and Mumford Learning Styles Questionnaire (LSQ), calculate the respective scores and now map out these scores. Suggest the most appropriate training methods to support these employees' learning.
