Originally, I want to write something about the imposing of stamp duty levy from the HK government is proven to be ineffective as I got one of the subject, HK Taxation. After several comments from my supervisor, the latest topic name is changed to "HK Government Housing policy on its implications on Property prices". The RM section is inconsistent with what you say in the Objectives re your approach - it would originally lead us to believe that you are undertaking a quantitative study but your RM section indicates a survey. If the latter, who with specifically, why and how will they be appropriate people to judge?
