A 44-year-old woman presents to the primary care clinic with a history of epigastric discomfort and fullness. She has grown more concerned because she now has nausea and has noted blood in her stool. She has a negative social history of tobacco and alcohol use, and she takes lisinopril to manage mild hypertension. Her vital signs are within normal limits. Her physical examination is unremarkable, other than mild tenderness and fullness in the epigastric region. A complete blood count (CBC) is performed and reveals mild anemia. A CT scan is ordered to further evaluate her symptoms; it reveals a smooth, well-demarcated, 5 cm mass in the fundus of the stomach. Due to this finding, the patient is referred for upper endoscopy with biopsy. The biopsy shows non-epithelial cells with bland-appearing nuclei. What is the patient's most likely diagnosis?
