Because this module puts all of what you did in Written Assignments 1, 2, and 3 together into a complete research proposal, pose any questions that you have about making the research proposal complete:

• Have someone read your research problem statement (class member or friend). Can they correctly restate back to you what problem you intend to address?
• Can you expand on the literature?
• Do you have a realistic plan to collect your data? If you need to collect data via surveys, can you obtain a sample of respondents, and how will you distribute and collect these surveys? If you plan to use secondary data, can you obtain it?

Final Paper

As your final paper for this course, you will present a polished, formal research proposal. This document has been under development throughout this course. Written Assignments 1, 2, and 3 (revised if needed) will merge together to form your research proposal. Your proposal should be complete and with practical emphasis-i.e., to the best of your knowledge you will be able to carry out your plan. Your proposal will be ready for implementation in your capstone course. Make sure your final proposal contains the following sections laid out in the Module 4 Commentary: Title Page, Abstract, Table of Contents, Problem Statement, Literature Review, Methodology, and References.
