As a Value Management Team, you have total freedom to propose new solutions, methods or alternatives, as long as they meet the goals of the program and enhance its functionality and quality. Any proposal should ensure that the program can be completed within budget and timeframe.The team should choose one region only and one of the three types of projects to complete the VM study (choose one project only of the following: ventilation and air-conditioning project, roof restoration project, and recladding project).

Based on the chosen type of project, you need to complete the following tasks. Chosen project is Roof restorations:

Information Phase: Prepare models for scope, time, cost, performance/quality, and risks to cover the Information Phase of the study. Deliverables of this task include WBS (scope model), Gantt Chart (time model), Pareto Diagram (cost model), and risk register. The risk register should include around 15 risks relevant to the project and be ranked based on their significance. This task should also include the advantages and drawbacks presented in a SWOT analysis or performance radar chart.

Provide all information phase models including scope, time, cost, performance, and risk. Excellent understanding of how the models can be used in different phases of Value Management Study.
