John is preparing for his son's birthday party. His wife wants to distribute candies to all the children at the party. He went to a large candy store where he can select from a number of bags, each holding a candy type and has a certain weight and price (a single candy is assumed to be of negligible weight). John can decide how much to take from each bag by specifying the weight (or fraction of the given bag-weight) he wants, but he can hold a maximum weight of W kg.

Given a list M of weights of candy-types along with a corresponding list P of prices per kilogram for each type, you are asked to help John buy the cheapest maximum weight of candies he can hold. Give a most-efficient greedy algorithm for this task. Prove the correctness of your algorithm and analyze its running time.
