A test performed in 2005 determined that the mean triglyceride level for 71 retirees ages 60 thru 70 was 168 mg/dl with a standard deviation of 27 mg/dl. A second study came up in 2008 with mean measurement of173.7 mg/dl with the same standard deviation. Create a hypothesis and perform a series of tests to determine if there is any fundamental difference in the findings.
