I'm working on obesity in women over age 35 in the suburbs focusing on a nutritional program. I need to reflect and explain the relationship of those activities to your project. Describe your progress towards completing this week's expectations and subsequent submission. What project connections have you made between theory, application and practice during this week's activities and experiences? The theory I chose was Dorothea Orem's self care theory.
