Towards an Inclusive Workplace: Diversity Management, Reasons and Strategies.

In this task students will review existing literature and strategies and respond to one 1 of the essay prompts with a clear contention.

This research essay requires discussion of relevant statistics and figures, an analysis of approaches, drivers and strategies, and evaluation of a case study from an Australian business.

Students will write an essay as per Deakin's essay writing guidelines. Students should demonstrate evidence of wider research and critical appraisal. Students can focus on a specific industry, or on workplace diversity more broadly.

Students can focus on an Australian context, or narrow discussion to a specific state/territory. Students can seek permission to use international examples, with unit chair approval.
