A civil engineer who works for the City of Cleveland is planning to find the optimal sizes of roads to accommodate as many cars as possible. Assume that the graph below represents the most congested roads. What should be the road sizes, in units of number of cars they can accommodate, if the objective is to maximize the number of cars that travel between nodes 1 and 6? The numbers on the arcs below represent the maximum size of the roads represented as number of cars accommodated. These maximum values are physical limitations such as surrounding buildings. Solve this using excel.
