An insulated piston cylinder device initially contains 0.01m^3 of steam at 473 K the force on the piston is such that it maintains a constant pressure of 400kpa Inside . A valve is now opened and steam at 1Mpa at 473 K is allowed to enter the cylinder until the volume inside increases to 0.04m^3 .
