The aim is to develop an interface that meets the needs of both (A) the students and the facility the students visit during the tracking period and (B) the University Support team that include the faculty, experts/counselors , and tutors. Describe in detail a design methodology of four stages to facilitate the proper design of such a system. You know that the user will need at least the following interfaces to record their information:
a. Personal profile (name, contact, etc)
b. Course taking, including time and location, and current standing (performance-wise)
c. Physical activity (location visit, check in, submitting work)
d. Performance indicators (attendance, submitted/not submitted work )
e. Communication between support team and students (contacts, responses, visits, etc) answer in the form of a management plan for this project. For each stage, indicate the number of weeks that should be allocated.
Hint: Note the four phases of the design process
