Employee Benefits Analysis

The textbook case study requested a description of experience in planning, designing, negotiating, securing, administering, monitoring and/or servicing of the employer medical group programs. The following was also required in the solution:

Include the type of plan (e.g., HMO, PPO), the funding method, and how eligibility was determined. Also include in your response the number of employees in each type of plan, how long you performed the activity, the employer/organization, position held when you performed these tasks.
