Linda Kennedy, a wheelchair-bound woman in her early 30's, experiences a serious laceration to her right, anterior forearm from a fall while performing an independent transfer from the examination table to her wheelchair. You are the medical assistant that assists Dr. Allen Rose in administering emergency care. The doctor determines that the wound needs sutures and she is transported by ambulance to Elmhurst Hospital Emergency Room for follow-up care.
