Change management has gained critical importance in the HR profession. John Austin citing a survey of 2007 conducted by SHRM states that the most common changes in the workplace involve human resource information systems and IT systems, organizational culture, and Performance Management Systems. According to Zhexembayeva (2020), these change management initiatives carry multiple risks associated with them due to which there is a 70% failure rate exists.

Technology has become a necessary component of the HR paradigm. HR processes are being transformed from traditional/manual to online and the HR professionals are taking advantage of technology tools e.g. e-HRM, HRIS, ERPs, etc. HR professionals are required to stay one step ahead of others by driving their organizations toward maximizing their revenues.

Each Individual is required to choose an industry and answer the below-stated questions.
