This study explores the specific difficulties Human Resources professionals encounter, providing an extensive analysis of these issues within the context of Louisiana's dynamic retail sector. Data were collected through different articles, surveys, and interviews of Human Resources professionals who are directly involved in the recruitment process for managerial positions. The findings reveal several significant challenges, such as a limited talent pool, high turnover rates, and intense competition for skilled candidates.

Furthermore, factors such as socio-economic conditions, evolving skill requirements, and the need for cultural adaptability intensify these challenges. This study provide insight into the strategies of Human Resources professionals employ to overcome these difficulties, such as leveraging technology and enhancing employer branding to attract desirable candidates.
